1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dayfeed (“the app”, “the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

Dayfeed is a special days discovery and poster creation app. It provides:

A database of global and national special days with multilingual content
Tools to create shareable social media posters
Notification reminders for special days
A home screen widget
Optional Pro subscription with additional features

The free version of the app is available to all users. Certain features require a Dayfeed Pro subscription.

3. User Accounts

Dayfeed does not require account registration. No personal account is created when you use the app. User data (favorites, custom days, settings) is stored locally on your device.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

4.1 Dayfeed Pro

Dayfeed Pro is available as monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans. Prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

4.2 Free Trial

The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the yearly subscription price.

4.3 Billing

iOS: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Android: Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account.

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.

4.5 Lifetime Purchase

The Lifetime plan grants permanent access to all Pro features available at the time of purchase and future Pro features added while the app is actively maintained.

5. Content

5.1 Dayfeed Content

The special days database is owned by Dayfeed and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content outside of the app without prior written permission.

5.2 User-Generated Content

Content you create within the app remains yours. It is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Posters you share are your responsibility; ensure you have rights to any photos you use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app’s backend systems
Remove or alter any proprietary notices within the app
Use automated tools to scrape or extract the days database

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that all special days data is accurate, complete, or current, or that the app will be compatible with all devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dayfeed or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
