What is World Circle Dance Day?
World Circle Dance Day celebrates rhythmic, synchronized movement that connects people across the globe, integrating body, mind, heart, and spirit. Though circle dancing is an ancient practice, the modern movement began in 1970s Scotland as a way of centering retreat participants. Established in 2016, it now brings together over 250 groups from more than 25 countries.
